A Developer License
entitles you to distribute xmCHART with your solution which you sell
directly to the end-customer. You may distribute xmCHART for use
at an unlimited number of sites, with the maximum number of users
based upon the amount of licenses you purchased. If you buy, for example,
a 5-user license you can distribute xmCHART with your solution to
an unlimited number of companies as long as there are no more than
5 persons in the company using the solution.
Your database solutions have to be protected by way of removal of
access privileges so that users cannot access the activation code
of xmCHART.

different
computers, a xmCHART Server License does not allow xmCHART to be
installed on the client computers, but only on one single computer
(with FileMaker
Server 9 Advanced installed). The users access the hosted databases
via a web browser.

for FileMaker Pro 8.0/8.5/9.0 you are also entitled to use xmCHART
2.2 and v3.1 (FileMaker Pro 7.0 is supported up to xmCHART v3.1). The previous version xmCHART

for FileMaker Pro 4/5/5.5/6.
